At Be So Pressed. Our Satisfaction is our number one priority. Each item is inspected thoroughly before packaged and shipped to our customers. If you have experienced a damages package through transit please contact USPS with your tracking information. 
If you think you may have received the wrong item in your package please double check your confirmation email you received after purchasing.
